Policies and FAQs

**New COVID-19 Policies** (Please Read):

•We have increased our sanitation procedures.

•Clients with elevated temperatures or who appear sick must reschedule their appointment. No exceptions. 

•We are temporarily suspending the use of salon capes, so please dress accordingly. 

•Makeup artist will wear a mask and gloves during all appointments. 

•No extra guests, including children, are allowed unless being serviced. No exceptions. 

•No same day appointments may be booked at this time.

•All consultations will occur virtually or by phone.

•Appointment slots are limited to ensure there is enough time to thoroughly sanitize between each client.

Late and Cancellation Policies:

Flawlessly Fierce Makeup by Heather B. does allow a 10 minute grace period for clients running late to their appointment. If the client is tardy by 11 - 15 minutes, a late fee of $10 will be added to the total cost of services. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.

All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $25 per person is required for clients who cancels full face makeup application services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Weddings and special events are exempt from the cancellation fee due to the non-refundable deposit already being collected. Cancellation fees may be waived if the client reschedules the appointment within 30 days of the initial appointment. No-call no-show clients will be ineligible for future bookings.

  • Where are you located?
    Flawlessly Fierce Makeup by Heather B. is located at the intersection of Walnut Grove and Humphreys Blvd. near Baptist East Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. Our direct address will be sent to the client 24 - 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. Please be sure to confirm your appointment via email to ensure that you receive the address.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Scheduling an appointment is very simple! Just go to the Services tab and click BOOK NOW to view my scheduling calendar and rates. You may also book your appointment via email. Refer to our Contact Us tab for our contact information. Please be advised that your appointment is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice via text or email.
  • What are you accepted methods of payment?
    Our primary payment methods are Cash and Zelle. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a 4% transaction fee.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?
    Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face and freshly groomed eyebrows (waxed, threaded, or arched). Remove any unwanted facial hair prior to your appointment. Inform the makeup artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the makeup application. Communicate your makeup preferences, including theme, color scheme, and styles that you like or dislike. Feel free to share inspiration photos, if desired.
  • How long does the makeup application process take?
    Your makeup appointment can take 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your skin condition and desired look. To ensure you have ample time, please schedule your appointment at least 2 hours before your event.
